14 Days Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return and refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Special Order Products

Please note that customized or special order products are not eligible for refunds or returns. If a customer cancels a special order after confirmation, the deposited amount will not be refundable.

A minimum advance payment may be required for special order items before processing the order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
• The product must not show any signs of damage, misuse, or alteration.

Alzohr reserves the right to refuse any return if the product has been used, damaged, or does not meet the return requirements.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests may be accepted in the following situations:

• Incorrect product delivered by Alzohr.
• Product received with manufacturing defects.
• Product damaged during delivery.
• Missing items from the original order.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team and provide order details. Once the product is returned to our facility, it will be inspected by our quality team.

Refunds will only be processed after successful inspection and approval of the returned product.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method:

• Online payments will be refunded to the same payment method used during checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be transferred to a bank account provided by the customer.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund process to be completed after approval.
