- Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Large items (such as electric bikes) may take 1–7 working days due to special handling and transportation requirements
- United Arab Emirates (UAE): Same-day delivery is available on selected products, subject to location and availability
Shipping Charges
- Small products: Flat delivery fee of 60 AED (UAE orders)
- Large items: 20 AED per kg
- Final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment
